Description

Develop and refine landscape design concepts for high-end residential projects
Produce detailed drawings, 3D visualizations and polished construction document sets for client, city and HOA submittals
Collaborate closely with team members throughout the design process
Drive project success by contributing innovative and creative solutions
Shape design development through active involvement in material selection and spacial planning
Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail across projects

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related design discipline
Working knowledge of SketchUp & Layout
Strong design foundation with a focus on spatial harmony, structure, materiality and visual balance
Ability to communicate ideas clearly, both visually and verbally
Highly organized, self-motivated, and detail oriented
Passionate about residential outdoor design and the built environment
