Description

Here’s what you’ll do: 

•    Assisting in the preparation of site plans, master plans, concepts, renderings, and presentation materials.
•    Conducting research, site analysis, and field documentation.
•    Helping manage project tasks, deadlines, and documentation.
•    Collaborating with managers and design staff throughout all project phases.
•    Supporting design development for parks, golf and resort environments, mixed-use developments, residential communities, and commercial sites.
•    Mentor and develop staff through technical guidance and project involvement.
•    Participating in client facing and public reviews, coordination calls, and internal project discussions.

Requirements

We’re looking for: 

•    Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture
•    NC Professional License required
•    7+ years of experience
•    Strong graphic, design, and communication skills
•    Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and hand graphics (preferred but not required)
•    Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
•    Curiosity, initiative, and eagerness to learn from senior mentors
•    Portfolio demonstrating design capability and technical skill
